Global Employment Connect ("we", "us", "our") provides a service that connects individuals who hold a bus driver's license in their home country with a pathway to potentially obtain an Australian bus driver's license and secure employment in Australia.
Our services include:

• Providing access to online courses delivered by a partner Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

• Arranging an interview with a potential employer upon your successful completion of the required online courses.
   

2. Important Disclaimers
2.1 No Guarantee of Employment: While we facilitate an interview upon successful course completion, we do not guarantee employment, job offers, or sponsorship. All hiring decisions are at the sole discretion of the prospective employers.

2.2 No Visa or Immigration Services: Global Employment Connect is not a registered migration agent and does not provide visa or immigration advice or services. You are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary visa to enter and work in Australia.

2.3 No Responsibility for Relocation: We are not responsible for any aspect of your travel to or relocation within Australia. This includes, but is not limited to, flights, accommodation, and transport.

2.4 Third-Party Services: The online courses are provided by a third-party RTO. We are not responsible for the content, delivery, or administration of these courses. Any issues or concerns with the courses should be directed to the RTO. Furthermore, you are responsible for any tests or requirements mandated by Australian government bodies, such as Service NSW.

3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your qualifications.

• Successfully complete all required online courses as a prerequisite for the interview stage.

• Independently manage and complete all necessary steps with Australian government agencies to transfer your license.

• Conduct yourself professionally during any interviews with potential employers.
   

4. Fees and Refunds
All fees for our services are to be paid in advance.

4.1 No Refund Policy: All fees paid to Global Employment Connect are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your courses, interviews, or visa applications.

5. Privacy and Information Sharing
Your privacy is important to us. However, to provide our services, it is necessary to share your information with our partners. By using our services, you consent to the sharing of your personal information with:

• The partner RTO for the purpose of enrolling you in and managing your online courses.

• Relevant Australian Government agencies (e.g., Service NSW) as required for the license transfer process.

• Potential employers for the purpose of arranging interviews.
   

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Global Employment Connect or our partners and is protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Employment Connect will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to, loss of income, loss of opportunity, or any costs associated with your attempt to move to Australia.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
